  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

All orders will be shipped from our global warehouse based in Taichung, Taiwan, also known as the 'Bicycle Town.' The shipper's name on the invoice will be TEN ON TEN Co., Ltd, which is the registered name of the WOOdman warehouse/factory. The shipping cost and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Methods:

Postal Service: In some countries, we offer the option to ship your order through the postal service. This method provides a cost-effective solution with lower shipping fees. However, please be aware that the delivery time may be longer compared to express courier services. The exact delivery time frame depends on the postal system of your country, and we cannot guarantee timely arrival. If you have an urgent need for your order, we recommend selecting a courier service such as DHL for expedited shipping.

Express:

We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx or OCS to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders.
